As one of our Assessment services, 3x3 Interviews typically include
structured interviews and field observations with people at three
different levels: executive level, manager level, and individual
contributor level.
A set of 3x3 Interviews can be especially helpful when the management
team wants to validate their perceptions and/or gain a more in-depth
understanding of the issues in the field. 3x3 Interviews can be
used before or after a decision is made to implement an Acclivus
solution.
