This is how it works.
Assessment
In the Assessment phase, we start with your business plan—i.e.,
annual targets for revenue, volume, margin, customer satisfaction,
etc. Then to pinpoint your development needs, we gather additional
insight using assessment tools like VitalSignsSM
surveys and 3x3 InterviewsSM.
The outcome of the Assessment phase is an objective view of your
team’s strengths and weaknesses. This insight is used to select
the right solution for your situation.

Implementation
Our goal is long-term results, not just short-term applause. That
is why an Acclivus implementation always involves more than simply
running great workshops. The Implementation phase begins when we
assemble a cross-functional team for an Initiative PlanningSM
session. With a plan in place, we execute by aligning the new skills
with your culture, predisposing the participants, reinforcing the
skills, and helping you ensure ongoing coaching. But our work is
not done until we have measured the results.

Measurement
Acclivus is an industry leader in results Measurement. We complete
dozens of measurement projects every year with clients just like
you. Our PulseCheckSM web
surveys capture the usage of new skills and our Bottom-Line TrackingSM
shows the actual impact on your business. Every measurement project
culminates in a business review. Together, we review your progress
in terms of changed behaviors, customer relationships, and business
results. We isolate the impact of this on key metrics such as revenue,
win-rate, profit, deal-size, ROI, etc. Once the A-I-M cycle is complete,
we begin again with a fresh Assessment.
